Mirai comes from an outcross combination between Solskinn’s Maiyun (Tamaskan) and Ari (our Aramis – Jodokus Paidi to Lupa), a stud dog registered with both NTC and FGH. The names of this litter are inspired by the series La Brea, which is also where Mirai’s litter name (Solskinn Kiera) comes from. She was born on November 22, 2023.
With Mirai, we hope to continue our future breeding plans. She has successfully completed her first health screening (X-rays of hips, back, and elbows). In the coming year, additional health and character tests, as well as an exterior evaluation, will be added.
Her character is not only strong but also full of curiosity for experiencing things (together). Wherever I go, she would prefer to go too (a true Tamaskan trait). Despite her affection, she also has a playful, independent, and sometimes somewhat uncertain side. Give her space to explore and experience on her own, and you will see how she enthusiastically and attentively follows along, ready to share new adventures, cuddle up next to you, or share a meal.
Her desire to learn and connect makes every moment with her special and unforgettable. Each week opens a new chapter, and it’s surprising to watch her grow and rediscover her unique personality.
With Aramis, our journey into the world of the Tamaskan began. He is a pup from the first outcross litter at the Vrolijke Witte Herder and was born on December 18, 2018.
Over the years, Aramis has developed into a sweet, friendly, and perfect ‘puppy-uncle’. He is playful, yet determined in the things he wants to do. In terms of character, he strongly resembles the Tamaskan – although he is officially not a Tamaskan.
Aramis is affectionate and gentle, a true cuddler, but he likes to observe new situations calmly from a distance first. His observing, independent nature also makes him a stable and balanced dog in our familiy.
In 2022, Aramis, together with Arwen (Snowborn Tamaskan), had his first NTC (Dutch Tamaskan Club) outcross litter. The puppies from this combination have all grown into loving family dogs.
